When you use tri.x you automatically get access to the most up-to-date procedural information and manuals. Our innovative alert system ensures that all users are immediately notified of any updates, helping you stay informed and prepared.
Register for Email Alerts
As a user of tri.x, you can easily register to receive email alerts directly from our online manuals. This service keeps you informed about the latest updates, ensuring you’re always up to speed. When a manual is updated, you’ll receive an email notification that directs you to the amendment page. This page outlines the specific changes made, including details of amended procedures or any new procedures that have been added.
Comprehensive Update Plans
After you go live with tri.x you’ll be automatically enrolled into a system of regular updates based on a minimum 3-monthly review, to ensure that the content is current and reflects national developments. Scheduled updates are collaboratively planned with you and our tri.x Procedures Consultant. The Update Plan is meticulously prepared, detailing legislative and national guidance amendments, with narratives explaining changes.
Access to Amendment Details
Once you receive an alert, the email will guide you to the specific amendment page on the manual. Here, you can quickly see what has changed, including the exact details of the amendments or any new additions. This feature is designed to make it easy for you to keep track of important updates without having to search through the entire manual.
Enhanced Reading Task Functionality
Our portal also features a ‘reading task’ functionality, which allows for the assignment of reading tasks to individuals or teams. This tool is perfect for ensuring that everyone in your team is up-to-date, whether it’s for individual development during supervision or to confirm that a new policy has been reviewed by all relevant parties. Reading tasks can be prioritised as basic or high priority, helping you manage your team’s workload effectively.
Direct Notifications from tri.x Consultants
When there are updates to the manual, designated user contacts are directly informed by a tri.x Procedures Consultant. These notifications include crucial information about the scheduled dates for the next publication. Our manuals are updated at least every six months, following a detailed update process.
Quality Assurance and Legal Review
The changes recommended by tri.x are rigorously discussed and quality assured via our Editorial Content and Development Review (CDR) process. This includes peer-to-peer reviews, legal input, and scrutiny by our independent legal expert to ensure compliance with government policies and new legislative changes. The update plan will also be shared in meetings with customers, facilitating a collaborative review and acceptance of proposed changes.
